MXIMS: From my understanding, this outstanding creator is no longer creating content. However, this is the link to the CC by the Sim File Share (SFS). Side Note: On the main MXIM site there is an artist named DDaeng Sims which has a patreon. However, this Patreon account does not follow EA statutes stating all CC should be released to the public for free 10-14 days after early access. Gallery art included in builds are on the gallery and are done by the following artists. These can all be Hash tagged with # following the artist’s name. All works you can have your sim create a copy, frame, etc. but give credit where it is due if you re-upload your build to the gallery or to your own site. Hashtag it with # and link back if possible. These are by far not the only outstanding CC Free artists on the gallery.
